«We loved every inch of Sweetwater Cottage. The neighborhood amenities are very nice and easy to access. Bullfrogs sang us to sleep. Spotless and comfortable! Super quiet neighborhood. Nothing is closer than Oriental, so plan your trip accordingly. We ate at Brantley’s, Barcos, and Toucan Bar and Grill. All were good. «This place was awesome. Great location. Quiet. There were a few imperfections we took pictures on upon arrival just because the refundable deposit was pretty expensive to stay. For instance, a corner of the tall lamp by the little closet had a piece of the stone woodstove slab under it to keep it level. These things didn't effect the quality of our stay I'm just a licensed home inspector so that's what I do. We had a great time and plan to come back. Would give it 10 stars if I could. »

«My friend and I traveled a little over 5 hours to participate in the Oriental Dragon Boat Festival held at River Dunes. Upon arriving everything went as well as expected. From entering the dwelling to getting settled and eventually leaving. The dwelling was clean and furnished above and beyond. The only thing that gave us difficulty was the television station we were told to use. The sound on the station was in and out. Other stations the sound was fine. I do consider that a minor issue. «This property really lent itself to relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. Location is excellent with marsh views as far as the eye can see and a lovely canal for paddle boarding and kayaking. I loved having the outdoor shower and fire pit for the evenings. Plenty of seating for sunning, lounging around and a bonus hammock which I really enjoyed!
