«The front door code lock worked when it wanted too. Forcing us to lock the front door and use the back door and walk around. Except when that door stopped working. Bugs found in the master bath in 2 different areas that we had to spray and wipe up. Yes, I understand its Florida but still. However the bed sheets were clean, lots of pillow choices, and towels to use. Property could use a refresh, its been beaten up a bit through the rentals but a good deal on price for what you receive. On the canal, next door to the Freedom boat club so very convenient for boaters. Tiki bar on the bay only a 5 minute walk. Many good restaurants close by. «Absolutely LOVED this place! So many nice touches by the hostess. Fresh vase of flowers, a lovely dessert and a bottle of wine greeted us upon entering. Nicely stocked kitchen for cooking was a plus! Having our boat at the back door was awesome! We spent pretty much our entire vacation on the water all day! One of our best vacations in the nearly 20 years we've been visiting the area. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!»

«Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. «The house was very clean and almost perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. There is a beautiful private beach included just a short walk away and all of the beach paraphernalia that you could need. There were a few idiosyncrasies to this house. The biggest is the bedroom situation. For the second bedroom you must go through the first bedroom or go outside. It is definitely inconvenient.
