«A lovely central spot in the heart of Richmond. Staff were excellent and the breakfast is exceptional with local produce used. Would highly recommend»

«Stille og trygt område, hvor vi kom sent og skulle videre neste dag. Passet perfekt»

«Very nice, big room. Very comfortable bed, good bathroom. Lovely pub. Great cooked breakfast. Friendly, good value for money.»

«Hyggelig betjening, god seng og god frokost!»

«Excellent stay and super breakfast prepared to order. »

«The apartment was exceptionally clean, Close to the shops , parking a little tight with a larger car , had a lovely stay»

«It was excellent value, comfy and cosy. Loved that there was a bath AND shower (useful if you break your wrist so bath is the only option). Staff were really nice and helpful, and cheered me up after hospital with hot chocolate. No food as out of season (so check first if you want breakfast). I would go back though as great base for walks»

«Rommet ble ikke rengjort til tross for at vi bodde over flere døgn. Det var ikke såpe i såpedispensere på badet. Ble oppgitt at vi hadde bord til frokost kl 09.00, når vi møtte opp til frokost hadde de ryddet og avsluttet og vi fikk en frekk beskjed fra ansatte om at det var stengt og at de allerede hadde jobbet i mange timer, og viste ingen forståelse for misforståelse rundt frokosttider. »

«Exceptionally pleasant and wonderful staff, Lovely big, very clean room. Food in the restaurant was very good. Would happily stay here again.»

«Once I got my head past the idea that ‘this is not a Marriott’ I came to realize this is a great hotel. Room was comfortable. I was able to park right outside the hotel front door every night. Breakfast was good. The bar area is well presented with a good mix of locals and tourists to talk to. Room attended to daily. The local town is very pleasant. Some great coffee shops and pubs.»
