Residenser i Catalina Island

«First time at the Atwater, won’t be our last. Staff was extremely helpful. Facilities were great, a truly beautiful hotel. Rooms were as advertised. Close to main thoroughfare. Recommend to all.»

«Hotel is in a great location! I was not impressed with my room though. It smelled musty and was dark since it was on the first floor off of the courtyard. It was okay for a night stay. The complementary snack room was great. The courtyard had outdoor furniture and an awesome fire pit that was very nice and cozy. Overall very good experience!»

«The hotel and property itself was okay. The room we stayed in - 509, was not clean. The restroom smelled dirty and the toilet would not flush. The bed sheets were stained, which we did not notice until the day of check out. All the front desk workers were rude and passive aggressive. I had asked for complimentary water (other hotels have offered this) and the lady responded rudely that they sold them behind me. Overall, not the greatest experience.»

«The staff were so sweet, kind and helpful to the moment we checked in to when we checked out.»

«It was great love the place»

«Charming and clean. We love the age of this hotel. So much character. The bed was comfortable and we were happy to have a kitchen. The staff is friendly, helpful, and take care of the beautiful flowers and outdoor space. It is also a close walk to the grocery store.»

«We had a wonderful experience at Snug Harbor Inn! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Avalon, with beautiful surroundings and a charming, relaxing atmosphere. The property has a lovely boutique feel that makes it perfect for a romantic getaway. What truly makes this place special is its intimate atmosphere and attention to detail. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, enjoy the beauty of Catalina Island, and create wonderful memories. I would highly recommend Snug Harbor ...

«Very close to everything.»

«The room needed some deep cleaning, I stretched my arm and touched the headboard and my fingers got dirty from the dust, needed a good vacuum and new carpet, carpet cleaning, furniture was very worn. Some of the staff was very nice, while others seemed like they were not well trained in customer service. Great location, no beach view. Very comfortable bed, very quiet.»

«The hotel is beautiful. I love the fact that it has held up over time to be available for guests now. Truly helps you be able to visualize how the stars who visited the island were experiencing it. The rooms are quaint but very lovely. There's no A/C but the sea aur cools the room very nicely. The hotel is very quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!»

«Staff was very nice and helpful clean room I will stay again in this hotel»
