«We stayed at this hotel 9 night and all I can say is they made sure our room was maintained even day and restocked if needed they have a delicious restaurant on site 😋 the pool was clean and not Crowed they have alot of resting areas and the staff and shuttle drivers are very friendly great bilingual place and the was down is only about 8 min and the walk up to hotel is not bad a little step but not bad we would 100% stay here again in the future»

«Excellent property! The hotel is centrally located in regard to the harbor, shops, and restaurants. In addition, our room was beautiful and very clean, which works for me as I am a bit of a neat freak. :-) However, most importantly, the staff helped in making our experience at the Pavilion Hotel a wonderful occasion!!! They were all so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Thank you again and again.»

«There is one door key made when the dinosaurs walked the earth, if you lose that one key, they charge you $50. It only functions half the time. Its absurd. It took a solid 10 minutes for water to heat up for a shower. I cleaned the toilet when I got in the room. For the price, it should be a lot better.
I will stay elsewhere next time.»
