«We stayed here for 2 days during Your Horse Live and found the location good for purpose and there were also several dining options nearby. We did not try the restaurant at the hotel. The hotel was good and the service from staff as well. If we are doing the Your Horse Live show again, it is likely to be with Holiday Inn. »

«The room was clean and well-presented. There was no noise from the road and the staff were very friendly and helpful. . We ate in the restaurant and the food arrived hot and promptly. Would eat there again. This was the old Ramada Kenilworth - worth remembering because the sign on the roundabout still refers to it as that and it has its own exit. Excellent dual carriageway links to Coventry. If all the rooms have been renovated to the same standard as ours, the bad reviews should soon be a thing ...

«A friend and I stayed at the hotel for two nights in November, 2015. The staff at the reception was always friendly and helpful, but somehow managed to check out the wrong guests when we were leaving. The room was small and a bit cramped, and ice cold since the heating didn't work! But they gave us a space heater which took care of the problem. Bathroom was still cold tho, as there was absolutely no heating there. The room was also a bit run down, but the bed was comfy and everything was clean. ...

«A bit off the beaten path but served it's purpose. First time booking premier inn on Expedia and had issues with a cancellation that Premier Inn was not wanting to correct. I have used Premier Inn a lot personally and for my business, but due to this frustration with their handling of a the cancellation request, I will be rethinking booking with them in the future.»

«Check in and check out did take a lot of time. Reserved 50 pound on my card, I try to avoid hotels that do that. On a journey I can stay on many hotels and will then end up with a lot reserved if everyone used this practise. Tried to call room service to order, but in one hour no one answered so I went out for food.»
