Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). «The property, where do I start?! It was amazing! From the initial walk in it had a wow factor about it, we met James, he was very helpful, with the convenience of being next door if needed. With 3 large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, cupboards and storage space, we had ample space to use. I would highly recommend this cottage, the added extras made the trip too! »

" The hotel room was very spacious — plenty of room for three adults sharing a family room. Having both a bathtub and shower was a great bonus, as were the coffee and tea making facilities. The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk from shopping, sights and the train station. Breakfast was outstanding. With such a wide selection, you'd have to be very particular not to find something you enjoy! 😉 The pool is on the smaller side, but the timeslot booking system at the front desk works well as a solution. Front desk staff were pleasant when approached, though perhaps not the most proactive when it came to guest service. WiFi was adequate, and in-room cleaning left something to be desired — we noticed fingermarks on light switches and some dust in places. We would definately recommend this hotel to other travellers. "
