A direct access from the kitchen leads out to the garden. A shower and WC are also conveniently located on this level.

On the upper floor, the layout includes a living and sleeping room featuring 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, and a dining table, as well as a small open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates and an oven.
