The house is designed to provide a calm and family-friendly atmosphere, making it unsuitable for groups of young people who may wish to party. Respect for the neighborhood is essential: after 10:00 PM, no noise or disruptive lighting is allowed. Loud gatherings and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited to maintain the tranquility of the premises.



The villa in Empuriabrava has 3 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people.

The villa is homely, is fully-equiped, and is 60 m².

The property is located 1 km from PLAGE EMPURIABRAVA sand beach, 1 km from the supermarket, 1 km from the from the restaurant, 2 km from MUGA river, 2 km from PARC NATUREL AIGUAMOLLS nature reserve, 4 km from AQUABRAVA water park, 5 km from PITCH & PUT CASTELLO golf course, 15 km from FIGUERES train station, 70 km from AEROPORT GIRONA airport. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood next to the sea.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, 150 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning throughout the house, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, French).

In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

There is a boat mooring of 8 X 3 meters (it has water and electricity)



As stipulated in the announcement, the groups of young people under 30 coming to enjoy the nightlife in Roses will not feel comfortable in the house because, to respect the well being of all, we ask our customers not to organize parties and other festive evenings in the house after 22h.



Also, it is requested the greatest discretion i from 22h. (The establishment is non smoking and the animals are not accepted)



For check-in between 8pm and 8am, extra charges will apply (from 8:00 pm to 12:00am — 30€, from midnight 50€, then after each extra hour .....10€ ).



The Tourist Tax for Empuriabrava is 2€ per person/per night up to a maximum of 7 nights (anyone under the age of 16 years is exempt).



On the day of your arrival you will have to pay the security deposit of 1000€ ( credit card)



Bed linen and towels is not provided. You can rent bed linen in advance. The price is 15€ per person.
