Beautiful vacation home with a studio and a pool in Empuriabrava

The vacation home and the separate studio are both equipped with air conditioning and are located in a well-maintained and quiet residential area of the resort town of Empuriabrava.

The studio is included only for groups of 7–8 people or more and costs an additional €160 per week, payable on site or by arrangement.

The beach and the promenade with shops and restaurants are 1000-1500 m away and can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
The well-maintained complex features a large freshwater pool (approx. 9 x 4 m). In the barbecue area, you’ll find a lovely covered terrace with a grill, a large, long wooden table, and two long wooden benches, as well as cabinets and satellite TV with channels in German, Spanish, and French. Washing machine and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, awning. The pool area features 4 sun loungers and a pool measuring approximately 9 x 4 meters.
Both the main house and the studio offer German, Spanish, and French television channels via satellite TV. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped, including a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker (filter, Krups capsule machine, espresso), and dishwasher, as well as enough dishes for 6–8 people.
The studio has a separate entrance and is suitable for up to 2 people. It features a small kitchenette combined with a living and sleeping area, a bathroom with a shower, and a small outdoor terrace with an awning.
Additional amenities include: a covered parking area on the enclosed property for approximately 2–3 cars.
