The apartment is designed to offer a calm and family-friendly atmosphere, so it is not suitable for groups of young people likely to party. Respect for the neighbourhood is paramount: after 10 p.m., no noise or light disturbance is tolerated. Loud gatherings and inappropriate behaviour are strictly forbidden in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the premises.



This ground floor apartment with 1 bedroom and a bathroom can accommodate up to 4 people.

It is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning in the living room.

There is a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. The American-style kitchen has all the required equipment (hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc...)

The spacious living/dining room is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen television and a dining table.

There is a small private terrace with garden furniture.

There is a private parking space.



The apartment is located in a very lovely, quiet property with a large communal swimming pool and a very well-maintained garden. Sun loungers, deckchairs, tables and outdoor chairs await you to relax peacefully in the sun around the secure swimming pool. (12 m x 4.5 m)

The property is excellently situated in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. The beach and all shops, supermarket, newsagent, bars and restaurants are 100 metres away on foot. The landscaped banks of the "muga" river located nearby will take you on long bike rides, walks or runs in the heart of the nature reserve.



- The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not accepted.

- Free WiFi will allow you to stay connected with the whole world.

- The tourist tax is €2 per person (from 16 years old) per day with a maximum of 7 days.

- This very family-friendly residence will not be suitable for groups of young people coming to enjoy the nightlife. Out of respect for those around us, there must be no noise after 22:00. For all these reasons, we do not accept groups of young people under 30 years old.

- Sheets and towels are not provided. If you need sheets and bath towels, the price is €15 per person (sheets and 2 bath towels per person).

- For arrival after 20:00, an extra charge of €30 will be requested, €50 after midnight and then €10 per additional hour.

- Baby cot on request.

- Shared self-service washing machine.
