«Clean, fresh, crisp, walking distance to everything, fun vibrant street several blocks down, quiet, we loved the garden suite. Great for teens, courtyard to ourselves, hidden gem in Rome. Amazing vibe and helpful staff. Great breakfast. «This hostel has several issues and the management seems unwilling to do something about them. My room was infested with bed bugs, and I got bites all over my body after staying here. The bathroom/shower was supposed to be private, but was accessible to other guests. There were no clean sheets on the bed, and no curtains for the windows. The air conditioning was leaking water on the floor. On the good side, I had no issues with the staff, and the location was ok.»

«Apartment was renewed at some point, but it has not been maintained or deep cleaned since then. The location and price is fairly good, but there are too many issues like: no toilet seat = no problem according to the landlord, mold in shower, intermittent ice cold water in shower, no air conditioning in living room where second bed is, very squeaky and uncomfortable sofa bed, and quite noisy street at night, broken door lock and elevator door. «The hotel is OK, 6mins walk to the metro, clean room,ok breakfast, but poor wi fi connection. They asked me to pay 12 euro for the city tax in "CASH" when i checked in and they charged my credit card for another 12 euro i guess for the city tax again. Payed 24 euro in total. Not happy with it.»
