«Ne louer pas cette maison, la réalité de cette maison est complètement différente du descriptif donné sur le site. La douche est cassée (porte contre le mur et l’ouverture est bloquée), il y a une fuite dans la douche qui coule par le plancher dans la salle de bain d’en dessous. Les robinetteries sont défectueuses et les rideaux de douche sales.Les portes fenêtres ne se ferment pas, il manque des clés ou ne s’ouvre pas (cassée), les stores sont pour la plupart abimés ou cassés. «Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, aber man ist trotzdem schnell an den wichtigen Punkten (Aldi ca 5-10 min mit Auto entfernt, Strand La Fosca ca 10-12 min). Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Eine große Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Bäder sind neu und sehr schön. Der Wohn-Essbereich ist sehr geräumig. Vom Balkon, der morgens in der Sonne liegt, kann man das Meer sehen. «Pros: Una casa muy bien acondicionada y encantadora. El trato recibido por Roberto, el propietario, de nota 10. Muy atento en todo momento. Buena combinación. La zona es increíble, en la comarca del Baix Empordà y muy cerca de pueblos entrañables como Sant Antoni Calonge, Palamós, Pals, La Bisbal... Para este tipo de escapadas apreciamos mucho la tranquilidad y el silencio especialmente por la noche. En este aspecto también un 10 de nota.»

«The house overall is not bad if you have a large group, but it is divided into two completely separate units. To enter the units, you have to have a key (cannot leave unit unlocked) so I felt like we spent most of our vacation tracking down the one set of keys that we had and making sure we didn't get locked out. The units themselves werent bad- the top unit is outdated. The pictures posted make these units and outdoor area look much nicer than it actually is.»
