«Clean hotel and very friendly staff»

«Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Lebanon in a long time! I honestly refuse to stay anywhere else whenever I’m in the area. From the incredible staff to the comfort of the beds, everything was a 10/10. What truly sets this place apart is the genuine Lebanese hospitality. They don’t just treat you like a guest; they make you feel like family. Highly recommend!»

«A part of a 10 day Lebanon family trip. This hotel was over the top when it came to service and hospitality. Not much to do around the hotel although I sneaked into neighboring Dona Maria for a beer by the pool 😀 A short taxi ride from supernice Byblos. «Nice and cozy stay, having the pool accessible at night was nice»

«Everything starting with the front desk to the waitress security maintenance and pool guy.»

«Jeg hadde 2 netter på dette hotellet. Det var bra, bortsett fra at ei som jobbet i resepsjonen var veldi lite til hjelp. «Excellent service »

«We stayed at the Madison Hotel for over 3 weeks we found the staff to be excellent and so caring and accommodating. The air conditioning was great during our stay so important as the weather was very hot during in July and August. Hotel was close to so many resturants, grocery stores, coffee shops and beaches. Diffently will come back and stay again.»

«First it may have been Expedia’s problem that staff at the front desk said we didn’t have reservations even though I got a confirmation email. The place is decent, we had to request towels and the remote for the air conditioner. Some mold in the corners of the bathroom. Other staff were nice and helpful. »

«Over all was good!»

«I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. The beautiful sea view made the experience even more special.»
