«We recently stayed at this beach house & unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While the initial reception seemed friendly, we faced a serious issue upon arrival: we could not access the house, as the entry instructions were unclear and not provided properly. I tried to reach out for help, but instead of patient assistance, the responses I received were rude, unhelpful, and made me feel as though I was being a burden rather than a paying guest. «Overall it was an amazing stay!! Core memories were made and we are looking forward to making this a family tradition.There were a few minor things that I’m sure can be remedied for example: fire alarm hanging from ceiling, sliding door wouldn’t lock and a noise from the bathroom, perhaps draining water (I’m not sure) but these minor things did not ruin our trip. We loved staying there!! »
