«Very clean and up to date style. The kitchen had all the amenities and kitchenware needed for our stay. The landscaping and grounds were immaculate. The location was perfect and close to the beach. Overall great place to stay. »

«Terrific old school Florida rental rooms/suites on the beach, by anywhere from 0 minutes walk to 1 minute walk. Clean everything. Most rooms rebuilt, redecorated, new courtyard, common area. Very close to state park beach. Terrific beach for guests along entire width of property. Close to a marina.
Some rooms are across the street on the bay side. Not redecorated but clean, comfortable, equipped room and kitchen, bedroom, bath 1 minute dead ahead across street on a marina access. ...

«a little bit of Old Florida and seaside living. These old beach properties have been substantially renovated and now provide a modern feel. Lots of little touches - beach wagon, chairs, umbrella; gas & charcoal grills; pool; boat ramp and dock; kayaks; etc. - all make for an enjoyable brief stay.»

«We loved it here! Perfect location close to the beach and my parents who spend their winter in Venice. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach every night. Lovely neighborhood for walking. Very nice pool. The unit was great for me and my husband and our 3 kids ages 15-26. Staff was very quick to respond to any request. Can’t wait to visit again!»
