«The place is so cute. Very convienent to Warm Mineral Spring. Make sure you go to $20 For non-resident. We had issue with coffeemaker and she was over immediately and fixed! Very ice lady! Washer and dryer outside in shed was convenient too! Bed was comfy too. Definitely would stay again and recommend!»

«It was definitely the hospitality. Paige was so welcoming and informative and helpful at our arrival. Everything was in perfect shape. When an unforeseeable issue arose, she immediately offered assistance above and beyond the call of duty to rectify the issue. And the result of her efforts was a complete success - she didn’t stop until it was solved. Thank you so much Paige! It’s no wonder my sister from Illinois comes here so often. «Adorable cottage perfect for an extended weekend getaway. We loved the beach access and being surrounded by nature. We were visited by a Florida box turtle, osprey, cardinals, and woodpeckers. Our host, Andrew, checked in with us upon arrival and offered to provide any assistance if we needed. We would love to stay, again!»

«For our girls getaway we like to have a pool, the ocean, a comfortable place to stay and a deck with a view to read and relax. The place was very comfortable, the pool was great, the ocean a 1/2 mile walk and the lanai was nice as well. There wasn't much of a view as it overlooked the main road - which you can't tell from the pictures. Overall a great place to stay and experience Siesta Key.»

«This was a great stay. It was very clean and seemed like a brand new renovation. They provide plenty to do from two bicycles for cruising, a few kayaks and indoor games. The kitchen was stocked if you chose to stay in and cook. Lastly, the hosts were great to work with. We will stay again. »

«Wonderful property with an excellent location! Beach access was across the street and the trolley pick-up was at the end of the block. The village was within walking distance as well. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer is located right outside of the unit and beach chairs and a cooler were provided. We look forward to booking this property again in the future! »
