«Was prepared for staying in an old hotel in San Juan old town. Bad plumming and watersupply was expected.
No breakfast option. Nice cafeteria (Mallorca) 1 minute down the street.
The free bar in the lobby was great!
Very service-minded staff!!!
Must order housekeeping when needed.

«We really enjoyed our stay at the Decanter Hotel. It was very close to everything in Old San Juan, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to help us feel right at home and made great recommendations for things for us to do and restaurants to eat at during the holidays.
The hotel was a traditional feeling hotel. Our room was big and had a wonderful balcony overlooking the street. It was a great space!
We definitely recommend the Decanter for a wonderful ...

«The staff was wonderful! Excellent customer service. The room was clean and I loved the bed- very comfortable with great linens, pillows and the best blanket I’ve had at a hotel and I have been to nice properties. It came in handy because the room was cool. The cable was also good and the bathroom had a lighted mirror. »
