"Very nice hotel but not near town. Town was active but it was a ghost town at the hotel. The key to the room failed twice. The front desk person said it happens often. Not good. Dinner was nothing special but breakfast was very good. Nice lady working the breakfast shift. But stay in town and walk everywhere including a beautiful park. "

"Reception was very helpful and accomodating. Parking En-Batterie right outside Hotel was free. The "Reserved for Hotel" spots ARE NOT! Breakfast was basic but fine for included. Attached restaurant gets good reviews and always busy, but we only had the included breakfast. Good location, short walk to the best of Aranjuez."

"We booked a one night stay. The room was like a sauna, no AC. I inquired and was told they had no idea when it would be fixed. The hall was cool??? No effort to move us, stated the problem was with all rooms. The entry area was cool??? We did not stay, the temperature was stuck on 31.5C°. Do not recommend this hotel, they could have notified us about the problem as we booked it several days in advance. Very unprofessional, did not offer any compensation. Never use this hotel chain again."

"Todo precioso. Impresiona cuando entras esta muy bien distribuido. Hemos disfrutado a tope. La piscina no es muy grande pero como ventaja se calienta enseguida porque esta todo el dia al sol y puedes disfrutarla hasta la noche. Todo muy cuidado y limpio. Cerca de las tiendas y bares se agradece ya que las cuestas...cuestan.
