Hoteller nær Casa das Mudas kunstsenter

«This hotel is just fantastic! From the views and location, to the staff and the breakfast’s food (variety and quality). The Spa is also super nice and the infinity pool and lounge are dreamy. I can’t recommend this enough. We absolutely loved our stay. The room is very modern and comfortable. All the hotel facilities were amazing! Was easy to leave the car at their indoor parking, which was convenient. And last but not least, I have to praise Rafaela, that is at the hotel’s reception for her ...

«The room had a spectacular view of the sea, uninterrupted and it was was very comfortable, and immaculate. The host, Jorge was very warm and welcoming too. He was extremely helpful and responsive with all the requests we asked for. Altogether, an amazing place to be in at Calheta.»

«The buffet felt less like a fresh dining experience and more like a systematic recycling operation. At the beginning of the week there was fresh fruit laid out nicely. As the days went by, that same fruit seemed to reappear in a different form. By the end of the week it had quietly turned into a rather sad fruit salad, clearly assembled from pieces that had already spent a bit too long on display. The vegetables were equally uninspiring. The broccoli appeared to be simply boiled and left ...

«Property was immaculate. Great views. Customer service responded quickly. Having a kitchen on site, parking, decent size fridge/freezer and coffee machine… all big bonuses. Only downside was the laundry machine and dryers were very small and even after drying for an hour our clothes were still wet. Overall, I would stay again but don’t depend on the laundry facilities being fast. 😅»

«Beautiful property up in the hills and mountains above Funchal. The gardens are especially impressive. Large, clean and inviting room. Bed a little too hard and water pressure in sink and shower not impressive, otherwise nothing to complain about. Great breakfast - good selection and quality offerings. Also very tasty food in the bar. Sadly no dedicated personnel in the bar, so quite a bit of waiting time before people would come over from the restaurant. But excellent service once they ...

«This property is charming. The rooms are very comfortable. The bed is comfortable and housekeeping does an excellent job. My room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast that is included was delicious. A nice variety of breakfast foods. Natalie does not speak very much English so it is hard to communicate but send a message through the Expedia app and you get an immediate response. Great stay and close to the beach and the natural pools. It is good to do your research of things in the area ...

«Veldig koselig og ordentlig hotell. Har alle fasiliteter man trenger. Enkel, men svært god frokost. Mulighet for middag, og nydelig bar bygget inn i fjellet over hotellet. Trygt. »

«We barely had time to see the hotel. Madeira haas so much to offer! But this is a beautiful little gem of a place and this hotel is right in the middle of it. A bit limited on parking spaces but the only night we couldnt get a spoit was when we arrived at 2am. If you are planning to get up early (leave before 08) you can just park in the street anyways.»

«Lovely accommodations, delicious food, and super helpful staff. One thing to note, if you are through hiking - make sure to check with reception what time the latest check-in time is beforehand, as they don't have 24/hr reception.»

«Great stay and right at start of PR19 trail..2300 steps down to ocean. Only challenge was parking..but it was available with a 8min walk.»
