«Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us.»

«Posizione strategica in pieno centro.

«The room was very warm. The ventilation did not work. We had a room facing to the atrium inside of the hotel. It was lots of noise the whole night from the elevator. We tried to open window to get some air, but then the noises was louder so we had to close it. The location of the hotel is perfect but we would not stay here again due to the things mentioned above.»

«Easily accessible hotel from the main road, with good parking conditions and relative close distance to the city of Burgos. The personnel were friendly and service minded. The backside was closed restaurant on Sunday and late dinner servings - after 8.30 pm. The all day open cafeteria (with tickets spread over the entire floor) and restaurant (where we enjoyed breakfast the day after, reduced the over all impression of our stay. »

Noe lav standart, noe støv men ellers rent.
