Surrounded by mountains at the gateway to the Sierra de la Muela, Cabo Tiñoso and Roldán Natural Park, the property provides a unique setting of privacy and tranquillity. It’s ideal for those seeking rest, nature, and authenticity—yet within easy reach of both the sea and the city.

House rules and security deposit
To ensure proper use and maintenance of the facilities, a refundable security deposit of €450 is required, payable by bank transfer up to 7 days before arrival.
The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 5 days after check-out, once the property has been inspected and no damage or incidents are found.

Out of respect for the environment and neighbours, quiet hours are from 21:00 to 09:00.
Loudspeakers, karaoke machines and high-volume music are not allowed. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless previously authorised in writing.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, the property is equipped with decibel monitors in common areas (sound-level only, no recording) and outdoor security cameras connected to a professional alarm system.

Check-in and mandatory registration
Check-in: from 15:00 Check-out: until 11:00
According to Spanish tourism regulations (Royal Decree 933/2021), online check-in must be completed before arrival, including the details of all guests—adults, children and infants—to generate the official guest registration form submitted electronically to the Ministry of the Interior.
Access to the property cannot be granted without this registration.

Bedrooms and capacity
La Casona de Piedra offers four spacious and comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – one double bed (190 × 150 cm)
Bedroom 2 – two single beds joined together (190 × 90 cm each)
Bedroom 3 – two single beds joined together (190 × 90 cm each)
Bedroom 4 – two single beds joined together (190 × 90 cm each)
Extra beds: up to 3 (190 × 80 cm) on request
Double sofa bed in the living room available as an additional option

Maximum occupancy: 12 guests (tourist licence AR.MU.721-1).
Unregistered visitors are not permitted. Any attempt to exceed capacity may result in immediate cancellation and notification to the authorities.

The private swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests and is available year-round. It is fenced for safety and includes an outdoor shower. Next to it, a spacious Chill-Out area with artificial grass invites you to relax in the sun or under the stars. The entire setting has been designed for privacy, comfort and wellbeing.

Pets and responsible use
Up to two small pets (maximum 15 kg each) are accepted upon prior request.
Pets must not climb on beds or sofas, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them both indoors and in the garden.
An additional €100 refundable deposit per pet applies and will be returned if no damage or disturbance occurs.

Safety and maintenance
Outdoor security cameras are connected to a monitored alarm system, and noise sensors ensure a respectful environment.
Tampering with or disconnecting these devices is strictly forbidden and will be considered a serious breach, subject to a €500 penalty deducted from the deposit.

The pool is for registered guests only. Swimming under the influence of alcohol or bringing glass containers is not allowed. Children must always be supervised by an adult. There is no lifeguard on duty; pool use is entirely at guests’ own risk.

Because the property lies within a natural park, the use of fireworks or pyrotechnics of any kind is strictly prohibited.
