The space
This 3-bedroom penthouse at Calablanca Residences on Isla Baru is built for open, easy living. Large windows bring in natural light throughout, and the layout moves naturally from the indoor living areas out to the terrace, where panoramic sea views stretch in front of you. Across the three bedrooms, the home sleeps up to 9 guests with 6 beds and 3.5 bathrooms - enough room for a family or group to spread out while still sharing the best parts of the space together.

Outdoor living
The terrace is where most days start and end, with ocean views and the sound of the surf never far away. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Within the community, you’ll also find a shared family pool lined with sunbeds, a separate kids’ pool, and outdoor showers for rinsing off after time in the sand. In the evening, fire pits add a warm glow to the grounds.

Amenities and shared spaces
Calablanca Residences gives guests access to a spa with steam rooms and massage cabins, plus a gym with cardio equipment and a game room with a pool table. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. An on-site convenience store keeps everyday essentials within easy reach.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who want to cook their own meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses. Pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery are all provided, so putting together a meal together is simple.

Bathroom
Each of the 3.5 bathrooms includes a bathtub, hot water, and a set of cleaning essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.
