We have 1 bedroom which has TV, air conditioning and is equipped with fine linen. We have a furnished terrace to enjoy an incredible view. The apartment is located on the highest level of the building (8th floor) with quick and easy access to the common areas of the building.

Oceanfront condominium with direct access to the beach, which has a rental service for tents and sunbeds. The three pools have a wonderful view of the sea. In the area we have alternative addresses to the apartment or the pool. Children's area, wheelchair access, gym, reception and 24-hour surveillance (closed circuit)

The location is ideal, we are in front of one of the best beaches in the city, additionally we have the airport 15 minutes away and the walled city 20 minutes away where you can find the most exclusive restaurants and bars in the city, 850 meters from the Center of conventions Hotel Las Américas, direct access to the beach, has a swimming pool and gym.

The taxi or Uber service from the airport costs around COP25,000 and takes around 10 minutes. A free indoor parking service is offered within the facility for one car. Outside the facilities there is space to park.
