«The property is an off campus townhouse for college students, which I had no idea of from the listing. I felt misled by the omission of that important fact. It was four separate dorm type bedrooms and a common living area. There were many things that were dated and poorly maintained about the unit including peeling paint, stained carpet, a light fixture hanging crookedly off the wall, curious stains in a kitchen cabinet, a noisy buzzing light fixture, broken tile on the wall, etc. It was the ...
