«I paid for the entire house for myself and two dogs. The host told me not to use the whole house for my dogs even though that's exactly what I paid for and why. When I complained to VRBO, thinking she would do the right thing, they connected us on a three way phone call where she literally laughed at my concern. She still doesn't understand what the issue is with advertising and accepting payment for an entire house and then restricting access to the entire house. She is not a reasonable or nice ...

"This is the perfect hotel if you're traveling with a dog and it was my second stay. Easy access through the side door on ground level. Great options for walks in the neighborhood and parks nearby. St Ellen park is my favorite when traveling with a dog. Hotel has a nice gym with free weights and an indoor pool. Rooms are nice, clean and quiet. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There's complementary water in the lobby. Parking is easy and free. There's also a restaurant/bar, but I didn't try it"
