You are welcomed into the property through a large, stylish hallway with access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and shower room.

The dining area hosts up to 8 guests and links onto the living area for a comfortable free-flowing socialising space.

With beautiful traditional features, the living room provides a comfortable and relaxing environment. Perfect for winding down after a long day at the beach. The 50-inch smart TV will allow you to log into all your favourite players and apps to ensure you do not miss the latest episode of your current guilty pleasure tv viewing…or the all-important YouTube Kids to give the adults 5 minutes peace!

The kitchen is fully equipped with an air-fryer, 5 burner hob and oven, integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.
The newly installed shower room is located on the ground floor just beyond the utility room.

First Floor

The three double bedrooms are newly renovated and stylishly designed to each feel like the master bedroom! The fourth bedroom hosts full-sized single bunk beds suitable for adults or children. Every room has storage and hanging space for you to fully unpack into your home from home.
The family bathroom lies between the bedrooms and offers a good-sized bathtub with shower overhead.

Garden

The external space comprises of a large, private south-facing patio area which is accessed from the kitchen. Perfect for soaking up the afternoon and evening sun with a coffee or glass of wine. Large table and chairs available in this space during the summer months.

There are a number of beautiful beaches located in Porthcawl. The house is situated 0.6 miles from Coney Beach, 1.8 miles from Rest Bay and 2.7 miles from Newton Beach. Dogs are allowed off season (October – April) on Coney Beach and Rest Bay, and all year on Newton Beach.
