THE SPACE The bright, open upper level features a living room with floor to ceiling windows, contemporary furnishings and decor and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for warming up after a fun day of exploring the Roaring Fork Valley. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas range has everything you will need to prepare a delicious meal. Dine indoors at the breakfast bar, dining table that seats 6 or `Al Fresco` on the balcony with picturesque ranch and mountain scenery!
On the lower level, the primary bedroom invites rest and relaxation with an organic king bed with plush bedding, modern decor and an en suite bathroom. The welcoming guest bedroom suite features two XL twin beds, also with down alternative bedding, and a bathroom with newly tiled shower. A comfortable family room offers a queen sofa sleeper with a gel mattress for additional sleeping arrangements.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
If you are a smoker, this is NOT the property for you. SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INDOORS AND OUTDOORS BY BUILDING ORDINANCE. This includes inside the unit, on the deck, the building premises, the building grounds, common areas and the parking lot. Due to close proximity and air drafts, odors are detected in neighboring units. Disregarding this policy will result in a $500 fine and you will be asked to vacate the property.
Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 7 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). Protect your vacation with RentalGuardian in case of cancellations, emergencies, and more. Specifics will be provided in your confirmation email so you can get started and travel with peace of mind.
Please take extra caution with small children on the balcony and DO NOT LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED.
Primary bathroom tub is currently NOT AVAILABLE.
Parking is limited to ONE VEHICLE on premises. Street parking may be available for an additional car. Please be sure not to park in front of the commercial units’ garage access, these are reserved for commercial owners only and are intended to ensure access.
This apartment is located in the upper level of a commercial building.

Guest is responsible for all occupants of the home and must require that all rules herein, as well as the within the Guest Rental Agreement, are followed. B. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall rent this property. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times. C. It may be requested that Guest take trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal, and not before, per the Guest Guide located within the Property. D. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. E. Additional persons above the maximum occupancy of the home may NOT stay overnight at the Property. F. Guest is responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by Guest. G. Guest agrees not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property. H. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time. I. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles. J. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose. K. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property. L. Guest may not bring a grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises. M. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property without written approval. N. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property. O. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather. P. Guest shall notify Manager of any pest control problems. Q. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at Guest`s own risk. Guest further understands that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement. R. Guest may not block the fire escape at any time. S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law. T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure. U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Should the assessed damages and or the amount of missing items, exceed the maximum limits of the insurance policy, Guest shall be held responsible to pay for the deficiency.

We had a wonderful stay at this Carbondale condo. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a great week. The space was clean, thoughtfully set up, and felt like an easy place to relax after full days out and about.The view of Mt. Sopris was a real highlight, and the location couldn’t have been better - convenient to town and perfect for visiting family in the area. We also loved that bicycles were available for guests, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings.Overall, this condo was a great home base for our stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the Carbondale area.
Adorable place in great location. Lots of restaurants and everything you need within a few blocks. Very nice place to stay that’s comfortable and clean.
This property worked well for my husband and me. It is roomy, clean, and conveniently located within the Roaring Fork Valley. We would definitely stay again and/or recommend to others.

Gorgeous view of Mt Sopris!
We had an excellent stay at this beautiful loft! Very comfortable with cozy fireplace and well-appointed kitchen. Would highly recommend!
Lovely, well-appointed condo. Towels were exceptionally plush; large washer/dryer great for handling ski clothes; very quiet with spacious, open floor plan.
Condo was great and we loved the views of Sopris and Red Hill. We were able to enjoy Mountain Fair, whitewater rafting, rodeo, cycling, hiking, and super fun Carbondale.
Very clean and not cluttered. Great views and location! Comfortable bed and soft towels! Updated and decorated appropriately for location! Thanks for a great weekend!
We were in town looking at real estate. This was a perfect location to access the valley. We enjoyed exploring Carbondale as well with its cute Main Street and great restaurants. The condo is in a great location with a beautiful view of Mt Sopris! Condo is well appointed and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and taking in the beautiful view each night.

This is a beautiful property with a great location. Close to walking trail and river. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the spectacular views. Elevator available if you don’t want to take the stairs, we did both. Close to Glenwood Springs! I would highly recommend! Clean and spacious! We had a fabulous stay! Thank you!
Upstairs is kitchen and living room. Down stairs are the 2 bedrooms and the TV room with a very good sleeper couch. My kids hate sharing a room so one used it and liked it. A few spices, coffee and sugar are a nice touch. Decorations could be a little more personal and inviting. Great towels!
Property was good! We were disappointed that there were no cards, games, puzzles or anything to help pass the time. We did go buy some and left at property for next visitor. Property was clean and nice and easy to access from Highway.
Everything was in fine order. Nothing to complain about. Cozy beds. The wood of the breakfast table in wonderful
morning light. The comfortable place for tv movies. The practical kitchen. But what will stay most in our minds were our evening drinks on one of the balconies, with day shifting into night over Mount Sopris.

Enjoyed our visit!
First, the view of Mt Sopris is awesome and sitting on the balcony over coffee is a great way to take in the views. The place was very clean and we appreciated the little touches throughout the place. Always good to be able to do laundry and cook with supplies in place. The beds are very comfortable. My kids would have liked having a TV upstairs, though this was a good reason to play games at the table. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful View!
The Sopris Loft is wonderfully outfitted, very clean, and lots of excellent kitchen supplies and appliances. The owner thought of everything and it's all high quality. The view is sensational and we loved our stay there. Great patio furniture to sit out at night or for morning coffee.
We did however not have ANY idea how to find the loft. The address didn't correlate to any building on the street and those we asked at neighboring stores didn't know either. Keylink, the property management, was utterly useless and had no idea where the entrance was. Come to find out after lots of moosing around the building, the number we were looking for was an apartment, up on the third floor, but no mention of that in the introduction from Keylink. Further, we had lots of big luggage coming to town for a wedding which we LUGGED up three flights of stairs, only to find out from the owner's Welcome Book in the apartment that there's an ELEVATOR at the other end of the building. That might have been good to know before we exhausted ourselves with the luggage. Keylink didn't seem to know about an elevator either. Once we saw we had an elevator, life was fine.
The loft is in a noisy'ish commercial district but convenient to everything. We LOVED we had an active osprey nest nearby to see and hear. Bonus!
The loft was really quite perfect and we would recommend it for others.
Wonderful, comfortable and fully equipped Carbondale rental! Great location for easy access to town, biking, hiking & (in season) skiing.

Nice and modern
You really only need to bring yourself, clothes, and food. Great place, the only reason I didn’t rate it as a 5 was because there is really nothing for kids walking distance. But there is plenty within a 5 min drive. I would stay again.
