«Lovely apartment just off the harbour . Great location the only issue we had was with the family staying above us with young children who had no regard for times and making noise but this is by no means a criticism of our accommodation »

«Hübsche Unterkunft im Herzen von St. Ives. Schön renoviert, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Restaurants und Geschäfte in den schönen romantischen Gassen und der Hafen sind fussläufig schnell erreicht, auch ein guter Supermarkt (Co-Op). Wir hatten einen Kleinwagen (Corsa) gemietet und das parken vor dem Haus hat gut geklappt (man muss ein bißchen rangieren, aber wenn man sich Zeit läßt, funktioniert das ;-)).Gerne kommen wir wieder »

«Great location to beach and food. Love the bakeries! Place was overall clean but carpets could use a cleaning as well as a cleaning of glassware. Had to wash before use. Also, paper towels/napkins would have been nice. We arrived late with a takeaway pizza and had nothing to wipe our hands with. Also, we stayed 4 nights and had 2 rolls of toilet paper. It goes fast when one has to use it to blow one’s nose since there was also no tissue available. These are just simple adjustments to recommend, ...

«The Little Gem is a lovely location with a great view of the sea and St Ives. Having a coffee in the morning with that incredible view was surely one of the highlights of our stay.The location is great – it’s just a short walk to the beach and to the harbour with lots of great restaurants and pubs. The parking space is also a five-minute walk away, but it is possible to load and unload your car directly in front of the house.We would definitely love to come back one day.»

«Really really clean and comfy. Great facilities, could’ve done with hand soap in the bathroom, which many places appear not to want to provide. Take your own!! Good communication from booking to arrival, easy to find key safe and then apartment. It’s in the top floor, so 3 flights of stairs to carry luggage up (not an issue for some!) would absolutely book again. »

«Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und haben es wieder sehr genossen. Die Lage des Appartments ist hervorragend: Wunderschöne Aussicht, Bushaltestelle und Tesco Supermarkt in fußläufiger Entfernung. Man erreicht den Coastpath in wenigen Minuten und kommt nach 10 Minuten zum Carbis Bay Beach oder in der anderen Richtung nach einer dreiviertel Stunde nach St. Ives. Die Wohnung und Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Balkon mit Aussicht ist herrlich! Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ...
