«Beautiful house in a great waterfront location. Management Company NOT so great: they seem to be cutting corners, not enough garbage bags, paper towels, no coffee filters, no salt/pepper or basic spices, empty propane tanks, very little cooking utensils. Pool and pool deck filthy with iguana poop. The pool pump & filters appear to not be working. Top water is dirty after one day, and skimmers are not being properly serviced … When we arrived the pool was dirty, and iguana poop was all over the ...

«We stayed at the property in April 2026. It is a cute bungalow, and was very clean. The living and sleeping areas were extremely spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the bath linens were plush. We loved the bicycles. There were even beach chairs available, which was a nice touch. The only problem, and it was a big problem, was the door lock. When we arrived, it was 10:00 on a Friday night and we were unable to open the door. After about 10 minutes I phoned the after hours emergency ...

«This is a beautiful home, nicely decorated and well maintained, on a canal on Pine Island. The canal provided easy access to waterways making Sanibel and Captiva Islands a short trip away. There was plenty of room to park our boat trailer during our stay. Check-in was easy and the host was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.»
