Important Notes

Elevators are NOT available for this unit (one flight of steps required).
Following recent storms (Helene & Milton), certain area amenities may be limited during your stay.
The surroundings of the resort continue to expand its amenities. Refunds cannot be issued for construction-related disruptions beyond our control.
Pool Closure:  The pool will be closed starting January 5, 2026. While this closure is expected to last one (1) month, guests are allowed to use the beach-facing pool of the Sunset Beach Villa community (nearly the same distance from the unit.)
