«The property was very nice. The kitchen could use some upgrades to the refrigerator. All the door pieces were broken and the inside was rusty in the freezer as well as the shower curtain was moldy and the tissue holder was rusty. Nothing major just a few upgrades I would fix. But I love the location and the comfort of the house. We enjoyed our stay.»

«We stayed at the property in April 2026. It is a cute bungalow, and was very clean. The living and sleeping areas were extremely spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the bath linens were plush. We loved the bicycles. There were even beach chairs available, which was a nice touch. The only problem, and it was a big problem, was the door lock. When we arrived, it was 10:00 on a Friday night and we were unable to open the door. After about 10 minutes I phoned the after hours emergency ...

«This is a beautiful home, nicely decorated and well maintained, on a canal on Pine Island. The canal provided easy access to waterways making Sanibel and Captiva Islands a short trip away. There was plenty of room to park our boat trailer during our stay. Check-in was easy and the host was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.»
