Modern South Seas Villas located within South Seas Resort featuring gorgeous coastal decor, panoramic garden and pool views, plush master quarters, well appointed living area with ample seating in front of the 55" flatscreen TV and a dining table with seating for four, as well as a robust kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Located in the 3200 building of the South Seas Villas complex, it will be one of the first units to officially reopen after the hurricane so hurry up and secure your stay today!

The Space:
This unit is located on the second floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai overlooking the garden features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva.

Guest Access:
While this complex has finalized its hurricane remediation and is ready to host its first visitors, there may still be construction happening in the area and within South Seas Resort. There may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit or in areas that that will directly affect guests ability to access the beach, pool, or stairs. Building elevators are out of orders and are expected to be available in early 2024. Please message us prior to booking if you require elevator access and we can confirm if the elevators are available at that time.

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Tennis Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining at the Keylime Bistro, Mucky Duck, and more! No need to drive!

Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay.

Getting Around:
Recommend bikes or a golf cart, rental car not needed unless guests plan to explore beyond the downtown Captiva area (which is golf cart legal)
