«I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. «The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street.»

«Very nice and spacious condo. Well equipped with everything you’d need. Owners closet had 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. Dishwasher was broke but we were aware and mgmt brought us extra dishwashing liquid. Only negative was there aren’t any umbrellas at the pool thus no shade from the sun. Pool is heated. If you’re thinking about renting a golf cart like we were I’d say save the money. South Seas Resort past the beach villas as you go north was disappointing with all the construction going on ...

«Great property, nice and clean and it actually had 2 bathrooms, although I think the description said 1 bathroom. That was a pleasant surprise.The check in process was a little rough. I went to the front desk to check in and they told me they don’t deal with any VRBO reservations.
