«I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. «Perfect place for a couple! The king bed and bedding are high quality and very comfortable. The pillows are amazing! I even had to use the Murphy bed one night because my husband snores. Also had high quality bedding. The smart TVs were awesome so we could watch FIFA games in the later afternoon. I do laundry at the end of every day at the beach so it was nice having the washer and dryer. There is an elevator but we didn’t use it. Easy one flight up to the unit. «The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street.»

«We loved everything about this place! We have stayed on captiva before and would love to stay in this condo again. ONLY downside was lack of kitchen tools, no pan, only pots. Coffee and filters would’ve been just the Cherry on top but it was still fantastic.»

«Great place to celebrate our parents’ 65th. Rosen was extremely helpful when we had requests. The beach view was wonderful. Only negatives would be the stairs - they were quite steep & uneven in height which made it difficult at times - and the walls are a bit thin so crying kids could be heard many times. Overall, a great trip and Captiva never disappoints.»
