This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.

This rental does not include beach chairs or umbrellas. Instead, we’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided.
