Med nesten 4000 kvadratmeter boareal har dette nettopp fullførte luksusboligen rikelig med "Island Living" -rom for alle.

Den store viklingen rundt dekk og det fjerde nivået 'Crows Nest', med 360 * utsikt over øya, er bare noen av bonusene til dette fantastiske hjemmet. Utsikten mot stranden ved den indre kystveien er uendelig! Stig tidlig opp for fantastiske soloppganger, eller slapp av og se på båtene seile forbi!

De 4 + soverommene er romslige, komfortable og alle har tilpassede himmelske senger. Alle soverommene har LCD-TV med kabel, private bad og tilgang til utsiden dekk med fantastisk utsikt.

En vakker åpen planløsning gir en stor plass for stuen med peis, spisestue og et stort vakkert moderne kjøkken med en vikling rundt frokostbaren for underholdning.

Åpne dørene til Lanai og spis eller slapp av med utsikt over det store uteplassområdet med et oppvarmet basseng og spa. Alle skjermene er lukket for vakker glede året rundt. Sol, svøm, spis eller slapp av på dette fantastiske stedet.

Det store rekreasjonsrommet utenfor bassengområdet har en LCD-TV med kabel, et 12 fots shuffleboard-bord, et foosballbord, et barområde med sitteplasser, en sovesofa og et stort badekar. En heis tilbyr alle etasjer for enkelhets skyld.

Lazy Palm er vakkert anlagt og dekorert med mye kjærlighet av eierne, og har en perfekt beliggenhet i 'Village Area'. Du er virkelig en blokk fra alt. Stranden, shopping, spisesteder, havner i vannet, et treningsstudio og mer, men i en rolig liten gate med utsikt over bukten og bare en 5-6 minutters spasertur til stranden!

We stayed at this beautiful Captiva home for Thanksgiving week 2025. We had a party of 7 and there was ample room for everyone to enjoy. The pool/spa was great. The golf cart was fun to explore the village and to drop off grandma to the beach to watch beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed hunting for seashell treasures and fishing from the beach was productive. We had a blast cooking Thanksgiving dinner for our family and 2 additional guests as the kitchen was great and very open to get everyone involved as well as watch football and work on the Captiva puzzle which we were determined to finish. There was great deck space to play our nightly games and the rooftop deck was amazing for morning coffee watching the sunrise. Overall, this was a great home for us. Extra bonus was closeness to get orange crunch cake at Bubbleroom only 1 min walk! Cant wait to return!

Staying at the Lazy Palm made for the perfect Vacation

I’m not sure that photos of the Lazy Palm actually captures the feeling of actually being there. It’s sprawling…. The various floors and balconies make it feel like a hotel— or a movie set! The downstairs was really special. The glow of the pool at night and the music they played when we first got there made it my favorite room. Great place to hang out. The living room and kitchen were the perfect place to cook up your catch and gather round the table. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with super comfy beds. The primary bedroom and bath are wonderful. There are so many nooks and crannies that the moods and conversations varied depending on where we hung out. The top balcony was great for stargazing and the middle balcony was the best spot in the morning to drink our coffee and watch the Osprey in the trees out front. We had a blast driving the golf cart around the island. It really was lots of fun. We’ve often stayed on the gulf coast but this was our first time in Captiva. The lush landscape and glorious tropical trees were the topic of my photographs. The island and house are absolutely gorgeous. I cannot say enough good about the Lazy Palm. I’ll remember this one with great fondness. I didn’t want to leave! Make sure to dine at the Green flash restaurant and don’t miss the Steamed mixed seafood bowl with saffron broth. Divine! One final note— the people on the island are genuinely the nicest people we’ve run into for a long time. Kathy, the owner made an absolute gem!

Family Spring Break on Captiva Island

We had an awesome vacation with our family. Lazy Palms was the perfect place to stay. Its location is a on quiet street with close proximity to the Beach and Island General Store, and Betty Bops ice cream, coffee & sandwich shop. We enjoyed the crow nest which we sat and had coffee every morning to watch the sunrise.The house provided lots of space for the nine of us. We appreciated the elevator as one family member uses a wheel chair. It gave her access to all levels in the house. What can we say about the pool, it was awesome, swimming morning, afternoon and night time. Access to the golf cart was the cherry on top shuttling everyone to beach to watch the sunset each night. Our family gives Lazy Palms and Captiva Island a 10 out of 10. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!The Drake’s From Minnesota & Nebraska

Excellent home and location on Captiva

We absolutely loved this home and location for our family vacation. The inside and outside of the home were exactly as pictured (if not better), very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Loved having the golf cart, beach chairs and other equipment to enjoy our fays at the beach! Great location, can walk to everything in town. Kathy was extremely responsive when we had questions. Excellent home close to everything

Beautifully situated close to everything this is a very comfortable home. The pool area was easily spacious enough for our group of 7 and the house itself was in excellent shape (no mean feat considering the recent storms). The property owner was helpful and very responsive to all our questions.

A Fabulous 50th Anniversary

My two children and their families joined us at Lazy Palms to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The house is simply lovely...decorated beautifully and designed so that each family had their own space and yet we were all together. The kitchen, living and dining rooms lend themselves to everyone hanging out, playing games, doing puzzles, playing Ocean Bingo, preparing meals and eating all together. The pool and hot tub are great and we enjoyed watching sunrise and moonrise on the roof-top deck. The beach was a short walk and the golf cart helped us get all of our stuff there easily. The beach was beautiful...great shells and perfect waves for all to enjoy. The shops and ice cream are a short walk as well. The location, the home itself and the beach made for a fabulous 50th anniversary celebration.

Terrific Captiva home

Our family has stayed at Captiva several times so very familiar with properties and homes nearby. This property and location are terrific! The home is exactly as shown on the VRBO site. It is perfect for families. It was spotless when we arrived. The owner Kathy is just great-easily reached and immediately responsive to questions or concerns. The management company Royal Shell is also very helpful. The use of the golf cart is a real bonus- fun and helpful to get around. We hope you enjoy this beautiful home as much as we did with our family.

Captivacay

We really enjoyed our week. The golf cart was awesome. We did have a problem with the A/C upstairs but the rental company sent someone out late at night and he fixed it right away. The pool and hot tub were great and also having the elevator was a wonderful help a well. Great location to everything.

We've stayed at the Lazy Palm many times, and we're looking forward to our next visit. We've seen other homes in the area, and the LP is our favorite. The natural light, the pool/lanai, the elevator, the golf cart and such a great location in the village. LP is a great place to relax with family and friends!

Another Great Stay

Another wonderful experience at the Lazy Palm, our 2nd stay! The property is well kept, clean and full of amenities. Particularly like the outdoor dining and pool for the kids. Fantastic Week at Lazy Palm

We had a wonderful vacation at Lazy Palm for our spring break. The house was perfect and fit our two families of 5. We enjoyed the easy walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. We also loved the pool, ping pong and access to the golf cart. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using the grill. Kathy was so attentive to any needs that arose and was a responsive host. We hope to come back to Captiva and the Lazy Palm!

Perfect spring break!

We rented the house for a spring break adventure with another family. The house is beautiful and the location is perfection. We loved the screened in pool and the open floor plan. The host could not have been any more friendly and accommodating. We contacted the rental company for help with a couple of things, and they were so courteous and responsive. The golf cart was so fun and such a great bonus. We love Captiva and will be back!!

Perfect for family and friends

Lazy Palm is a beautiful house in a great location. Everything was a short walk away; beach, restaurants, stores. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. Family trip for New Year’s

Our family stayed a week to bring in the new year together. The house was great- easily accommodating our group of 7 adults. We walked to dinner every night that we ate out- and walked to the grocery (which was surprisingly well stocked- even had a liquor store) for our nights in. We walked and/or biked to the beach as well. Everything was super convenient! We especially loved visiting the Darling Wildlife National Refuge. Great area with something for everyone- shelling, bike paths galore, birding, boating, jet skis, etc. Well stocked house with bikes, golf cart, towels, cooking necessities, etc. Perfect spot to welcome the new year!

Lazy Palm is Paradise!!

This beautiful home is located on Captiva Island just a brief walk to beachside, bayside along with shops and restaurants. This 4 bedroom, 6 bath home has all the bells and whistles. Recently updated exterior & interior is luxurious yet very homey. The elevator takes you to each of the 3 floors, two patios overlook the beautiful pool & spa and up top a crows nest allows you to see spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The first floor has a living room with sleeper sofa, bar, large screen TV & a foosball table just steps away from the pool. It’s easy to get around the island with either the 6 seat golf cart or the many bikes. Don’t miss out on this lovely home away from home. I can’t wait til my next vacation at the Lazy Palm!!

Perfect paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lazy Palm. We were a little worried about the island since the hurricane, but the house was absolutely beautiful! Everything seems brand new and clean. The furniture and beds are very comfy. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing in the evening The golf cart and bicycles were our favorite part. We were able to explore the island like locals! The island seems to be coming alive again! We had a wonderful time and will be recommending Lazy Palm to all our family and friends.

Fantastic Getaway!

Lazy Palm was perfect for our visit. Beautiful and roomy and seemed very new. Having a golf cart and bicycles included and waiting for us was so convenient. The location is perfect. The private pool was relaxing, and the view of the bay from the upper decks was beautiful. The Host was very responsive and answered our questions promptly and with care. Highly recommend this roomy, beautifully decorated and well-maintained, clean house for a wonderful time on Captiva.

My family has been staying on Captiva Island for over 10 years, and Lazy Palm is simply the best. Huge cozy bedrooms with a private bathroom in each, a beautiful elevator, a pool & hot tub from heaven, and the house is fully stocked with everything you'll need. Kathy, the host, is very accessible and made sure to go above and beyond for everything. The location is quiet and super close to everything, and the 6 seater golf cart was awesome to have. For anyone coming with small kids, the house includes a high chair and 2 gates! My family made the best memories at Lazy Palm & we will be re-booking soon! :)
