We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.check-in takes place and key collection takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Two-room apartment 3 beds, independent with a large outdoor area equipped for your moments of relaxation.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a very spacious double bedroom with sofa bed for a third bed and a bathroom with shower. The exterior of the house allows you to eat outside under a pergola and rest comfortably.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (for groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed, with a cleaning fee of € 30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- The rental of the apartment must take place for a maximum of 2 adults plus a child up to 12 years old
