Apartment with garden in Lacona, ideal for relax.

The apartment is located in Lacona, in the southern part of the island, at about one kilometer away from a beautiful and large sandy beach. Lacona gulf overlooks the Montecristo Island and it is renowned for its extra fine golden sand, as well as for its naturally beautiful landscape. It is the only beach in the Tuscan Archipelago that has preserved intact some dune areas where the sea lily flowers bloom, well known for their intense aroma. It’s a family friendly beach with its shallow water and fine sand where children can safely play and thanks to the beautiful pine trees by the beach, it is one of the few places on Elba that allows you to enjoy natural shading areas where you can rest, play, and have picnics. The beach has cafes, restaurants, diving, windsurfing, sailing and motor boats rentals, sunbeds and umbrella rentals. You can also enjoy any other kind of water sports.
Apartment 2/3 pax: our cottage with private entrance and garden is located within a small cluster of houses, in the green of a pine grove. It consists of a living area with kitchenette (complete with 4 gas burners and fridge with small freezer) and a sofa bed ideal for children; a small hallway; a bedroom with double bed and a single bed; a bathroom with shower. The apartment has a garden which is accessed from the kitchen equipped with pergola, table, chairs and washing machine. The furniture is simple and comfortable and complete with air conditioning. Parking space nearby.

Arrivals: Check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 pm. Departures: Check-out h. 9:00. Utilities: electricity, water, gas and air condition included. Final cleanings: € 100 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Linen: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: allowed on request with a supplement of €70.00 per stay per animal (max. 1). Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
