This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - The exterior of this home, including the inside of the garage, is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was stocked well. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we liked the up graded bathrooms. We especially loved having the rooftop patio to relax in the sun and the privacy was a plus. Thank you for your quick responses to our questions. You were very helpful.
Very nice stay. A bit tricky to park in front of the garage door. Very close to many good restaurants, the ocean the creek and shopping. Nice kitchen. I would say extremely good. Not perfect. though very close. Location and having 2 bathrooms and easy to use television remote, once I figured out how to use them.
All was perfect (location, cleanliness, decor) except parking garage is too small for even a Camry and cleaning crew left stove on creating an uncomfortable heated second floor.
