«Great location and view, loved having the restaurant/bar downstairs. Had a fun trip. Only thing I didn't love is the check in process was kinda weird with noone to talk to, but it all worked out just fine.»

«The host was on site when we arrived and greeted us graciously and efficiently. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautifully renovated bathroom (Room 5). The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable. There was no place to hang clothes, but there was plenty of drawer space in the bureau and bed stands. «I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hideaway in Lenox. The facility is charming, cozy, and clean.
The problem was checking in. The link they sent me did not work. I was able to get in touch with someone over the phone, but it took some time and the agent was difficult to understand.
I found the check-in process to be stressful. After we got over this part, the day was very pleasant, and I would definitely go back in the future.»

«Beds were comfy and definitely a big space at a good price for a few people. Was concerned with cleanliness though as there were stains underneath the comforters. Curtains also need to be longer/ blacked out to totally block out the bright lights that glow all night right outside the window. In addition, the windows in the bedroom couldn’t open properly, only the top. And they couldn’t lock, so kind of a safety concern. Heat didn’t work the first night but worked the second day/ night. «This was a great experience and hit all the buttons. With a secluded location only 15 minutes from most attractions you really get have both the social excitement before retreating to comfortable seclusion. The cottage was perfect offering exactly the small things that are needed i.e coffee, pre-programmed netflix login, and a terrific layout. It was a true Berkshire stay with the blizzard, being able to just hunker down, or enjoy snowboarding on the mountain that was 10 min away. Great ...
