«Such a cute cottage - complete with it’s own artwork signed by the owner. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the sunset. Then we had dinner in Cowes. Then we drank wine in front of the fireplace. Perfect night away from children and husbands. :-)»

«Had a wonderful stay with a friend while we were in Phillip Island for a work trip! Howard was so lovely and very helpful both before and during our stay. The place is incredibly cosy with gorgeous decor and top of the line modern appliances throughout. As advertised, the architecture of the cottage is incredible; while there isn't much square footage, the space is cleverly-designed with beautiful quality materials and nothing feels cramped or short-changed. «The original art decorating the rooms, the well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom, the comfortable bedroom furniture and the lovely lounge fittings all combined to make it the perfect holiday spot for us. Wonthaggi had all the things needed for a holiday in January but we didn't see any crowds. They were probably at the popular holiday spots along the Bass Coast.»

«Nice little place, perfect for a couple. The interior is very well thought out, feels homely and cosy. Location was nice and secluded, away from big roads. Only downside is that the bed and the pillows weren't the most comfortable but doable for a couple of nights.»

«This is our new favourite place on the Peninsula. We had a great week. The cottage has incredible valley views that change constantly in the winter light. Our hosts were brilliant and the cottage clean and comfortable. Loved the local cafe, bakery and winery, The Rare Hare. A short drive to the beach and wetlands, and there are lovely walking tracks into the village.»
