This studio apartment at Eden on the Bay is the ideal place to unwind,

up to two guests.Upon entry, you will be greeted by an open-plan living
area featuring a kitchen that includes a refrigerator, microwave,
kettle, toaster, and seating for two.

The bedroom is tastefully decorated with a queen-size bed that features
comfortable bedding, a plasma TV and internet. The bathroom is
contemporary in its design and equipped with a washbasin, vanity,
shower, and toilet. Concierge services are available, and linens and
towels are included with your stay.

Eden on the Bay offers thrilling water sports like surfing and
kiteboarding, with scenic lawns that are ideal for picnics with views

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at Dr Minette Swart Dermatologist, Blouberg, 66C Eden on The Bay Shopping Mall Cnr Sir David Baird Drive, Otto du Plessis Dr, Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, 7441.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
