«This was our yearly family beach trip and we decided to move from PC beach to Cape San Blas to get away from all the crowds and traffic. Great decision. The cape is very laid back and we very much enjoyed Barrier Dunes and Gray’s Reef. Very nice!»

«This place was very nice and worked great for our group. One bedroom is on the first floor with just a half bath. We had a few repair issues but once we found the number to call, the repairman came right away. He fixed the door lock and code as we were not able to get in upon arrival. He fixed a towel bar in one of the bathrooms, but it came off again the next day. The night before we left the hot water heater went out, so we did not have hot water that night or the next morning. «House was nice. Trip cut short due to mandatory hurricane evacuation. But we enjoyed the days there. A few inside steps need repaired, some of the tile on steps is taped down with duct tape. Ice maker never worked. Other than that we absolutely loved the location, great for family time! Peaceful, private and relaxing. The pool and deck area is great!»

«We will rent through them again. Everything was great with the exception of the Wi-Fi not working half the time and the living room cable not working. This really worked out for the best as the kids weren’t able to play video games and on their phones so we broke out the games and spent more time outside. This was one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time.»

«This property is in a great location, super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. It was so nice not having to bring our own beach gear since it was provided by the owners. They even had bowls & towels for our dog. Pearl was very easy to communicate with and even called to check on us after a bad storm. We had to cut our visit short due to an unexpected emergency at home, but we would definitely stay here ...
