«We were all very comfortable and very happy with the unit. The elevator was so very helpful. The view was beautiful and the porch a very nice place to sit even in the rain. Nancy, the host, was more than accommodating. She responded so quickly and was very helpful. The bed was very high and the toilets very low and difficult for someone with mobility issues is the only negative comment I could make. I wonderful place to stay.»

«We enjoyed this same unit two years ago and made a return visit based on our experience. This unit is positioned perfectly. You cannot be any closer to the beach, We were facing West for perfect sunsets, there is always fish to be caught, and the area is away from crowds. We love it here! Not a lot of dining options but we really enjoyed Coneheads, and Hunts. Both places had good Oysters, and Grouper. The Grouper Cheeks at Hunts were Great! «We had a wonderful time in Cape San Blas! We were excited to be in a less congested part of FL and we loved visiting the multiple state parks nearby. The beach access from the condo was great. The beds were comfortable and the living room/dining/common space and porch/balcony were lovely. We appreciated having an in unit washer and dryer so we could wash clothes before our return home. «The property manager was great to work with. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Location is great. My only complaint is that vehicles are allowed on the beach and there were trucks driving on the beach day and night pretty steadily which made it hard to relax.
