«We had a good experience at this condo. It was very much as described on VRBO. Clean, convenient, fairly well equipped. Most of the experience was positive, but a couple of things need to be addressed. We didn't get check-in information until we were well on our way to Swansboro, and only after I asked for the information. «1st, the water to the toilet as turned off. I thought this was strange. I understood why when early the next morning I discovered the floor around the toilet was wet! Also, I tried to lower the living room blinds and discovered several of the lats are broken. So there is no privacy!»

The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow.
