«We were traveling as a student couple, we therfore wanted a live a bit cheaper than we usual do. First the employees does not speak neglish snd the y barley understood us. I talked slow and clear. They also hosted a party without leting us know at all. Luckely we had a room at the third floor, but we could still hear the party. The breakfast is nothing to Even try out. Per poter fare il check out in oraria abbiamo lavato la faccia con le bottigliette. Oltre il danno la beffa: ci hanno negato il rimborso parziale! »
