«Onze ervaring in de villa was helaas teleurstellend. De accommodatie is duidelijk *niet goed onderhouden*. Veel apparatuur is *verouderd en werkt niet naar behoren*, wat erg jammer is gezien de verwachtingen. De *schoonmaak liet veel te wensen over* – hoekjes, deuren en details waren erg vies en het lijkt alsof er alleen oppervlakkig wordt schoongemaakt "voor het oog".
