«Overall, the staff and service was not good. At all of the restaurants other than one bartender and one waiter, they hardly come to check on you and you have to chase them down to get any refills etc. They seem more concerned with getting their tips and you signing the bill at the end than anything else. Additionally, the rooms have zero privacy. We were a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters, and there is no door on the bathroom, only a glass door that is not private and had a huge gap between ...

Really really dislikes porters more interested in taking your baggage away from me before check in process began and didn't convey politely what they were doing. First morning required to attend a 90 minute presentation to sell us vacation share. Will not go again.»
