«When I wanted to call the hotel to tell them that we arrive late at night, I could not reach the hotel on the phone. There was an automatic voice saying that the call is forwarded, but nothing happened. Neither the phone number provided in the booking, nor the phone numbers on the webpage of the hotel worked. Fortunately, Expedia could confirm that a) the booking was confirmed by the hotel b) late arrival is possible until 11pm. In addition, I wrote an Email to the hotel during our next ...

«This location was excellent for our needs. We wanted to stay close to the airport and close to Venice. The hotel is steps away from the train station. The staff was wonderful and the shuttle service was a bonus (although included, the van was spotless and the driver was very dapper). A special shout out goes to Giuseppe- the bartender- who was informative, super friendly and very polite. »
