«Hotellet var helt i orden, enkelt, pent og rent. Vi bodde der i 8 netter og fikk beskjed om at det ikke var vask og rydd av rom før utsjekk. Vi fikk håndklær og toalettpapir i resepsjonen ved forespørsel og søppelen måtte vi kaste selv!!! Fikk også beskjed om å gå ut bakveien ved en anledning etter at gulvet var vasket i resepsjonsområdet, slik at det ikke ble møkkete med en gang!»

«5 days stay for an event. Requested enough towels for the entire stay and was only allowed the number used per day and they weren’t even clean. I had to purchase bathroom cleaner and a scrub brush to clean my own bathroom. The key card locked me out daily. I had to go to the front desk every day and have them fix it. This facility is currently going through a renovation but I canceled my upcoming stay and made reservations elsewhere. A dirty room is unacceptable let alone a bathroom.»

«This home is very close to the HOF and soccer complex. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of space for parking in driveway. Very easy check in and check out. Quick response from host when we had a question. Met all our needs for a quick weekend trip.»
